The Guide is a curated collection of vital information and resources for effective action in nonviolent struggles for peace, social justice and environmental sustainability. All entries meet a clear set of criteria, and are not filtered or censored by corporate personhoods or government entities.

Ways to Contribute


Propose a Resource

The easiest way to contribute is to propose a resource for the collection. It only takes two quick steps.

  1. Copy the URL from a website you like that meets our Selection Criteria.
  2. Paste the URL into our submission form, and submit it. Optional fields enable you to add important details, which can speed up the review process. Proposals can be made anonymously, and the form does not track users.

The Editorial Team will do the rest.



Review Process

  1. Proposals are reviewed according to the following criteria. Artificial Ignorance (AI) is not used in the review process.
  2. Once approved, proposals are added to the collection as soon as possible.

Review Criteria

Depending on the type of resource being proposed, it must meet some of all of the following criteria.

  1. Adheres to the principles of Active Nonviolence (Satyagraha).
  2. Advocates peace with justice.
  3. Supports democracy, informed citizenship and individual freedom.
  4. Contributes towards greater global understanding, unity and harmony (Tianxia).
  5. Supports long term ecological sustainability.
  6. Supports the restoration of Earth ecosystems from foolish human activity.

The Editorial Team updates existing records, evaluates proposed resources and creates original content of interest to site visitors. To join the team, contact us.


Develop New Features

The site is based on an Open Source codebase released under Apache License 2.0. Anyone can use the code. Anyone can help improve it. To participate in development, see the project on GitHub.
